Objective: R. Gene Farley Cover Page
Please consider my lifelong affiliation and employment in O&G Production; including the latest technology, ability and training to Supervise Projects, attention to detail, strong background in Safety, Profit & Loss, Materials, Permits, SAP, Maximo, Mentoring, Mechanics and the aptitude to work as a contributing team member for both Production Operations and Maintenance. I believe I am capable of serving your Company well as an Operations/Production Supervisor. In years past, the Platform Operator was responsible for both processing and maintenance of equipment, as there was no designated Mechanic on location. Thus, I became proficient in trouble-shooting, diagnosing, and repairing reciprocating and screw gas compressors, pumps, and engines of many models. Many are still in use, though, programmable Solar Turbines & Sultzer-Bingham Pumps are now predominant and the operating Company has come to realize the importance of scheduled & preventive maintenance to avoid downtime and loss. Thus, scheduling/planning, inspections, upkeep and record-keeping have stepped to the forefront of Operations with Safety. Of course, prevention is the best medicine and I am software-experienced and qualified to implement these programs. It is also of utmost importance to be sure Engineering and Supervisors are kept abreast of any changes realized through close monitoring and record-keeping, along with planning. I’m experienced globally and easily culturally-diverse to work together to achieve success. Thank you. Respectfully, R. Gene Farley US-318-992-0829 - CST
