Territory Supervisor I took over in a permanent capacity as a Territory Supervisor in a territory that was failing. I turned a nonprofit territory into profit within 4 months. Recruited and hired staff for the territory. Responsible for all training in the branches. Conducted training clinics on a monthly basis. Coached branch personnel on company policies and procedures. Insured branch compliance with all state and federal regulations. Performed audits for policy compliance as needed. Worked in locations with employees on their sales skills to increase volume.
