Objective: Seeking a more professional job to better myself. And become more successful in the process. I would like to advance my management skills in other areas besides the fast food environment.
Experience: I have had nine years of experience leading a successful team. My daily job consists of going through the entire hiring process with an ideal candidate for the job. I do the interviewing and the hiring. I also do all of the training and the terminating. I forecast my sales for my schedules and my truck order. Then complete them as needed. I also do the programming for all my new promotions. And I do the payroll. I take care of all my invoices and make sure that I'm staying within my budget for every category we have such as my labor percent. My stores Customer Base Score is within the top ninety-five percent company wide. Which is ten percent higher than average. I have a lot of experience with inventory as well, mine has never exceeded budget limits.
