Developed and designed with IT team a sales commission program to calculate tier level commissions sales force. Development of program included calculations of split commissions between sales representatives and tier levels. System resulted in a savings in systems costs and increase effectiveness of the process.

Developed a custom set of Opportunity/BIP Reports for sales team and senior management. Resulted in cost savings as organization did not outsource the development. Completed within three weeks.
