Objective:
Obtain a challenging position that will utilize my expertise in domestic violence related programs such as, mediation, anger management and negotiation skills, bringing various agencies together. Build a stronger community support and education system in the fields of victimology. Work with juveniles designing prevention and intervention programs for youth


Experience:
2003- 2008 Calvert County Crisis Intervention Center, Prince Frederick, MD
Law Enforcement Coordinator. Domestic Violence Liaison between the Crisis Intervention Center and Sheriffs Department. Organized trainings on the newest methods, techniques, laws, and legislative changes in dealing with domestic violence and sexual assault. Provided consultation regarding investigation of criminal cases, reading reports, reporting procedures, policy, and data collection. Accompanied and prepared petitioners in domestic violence related cases through the courts. Worked in joint effort with the States Attorney, Law Enforcement, Maryland State Police, Parole and Probation, Substance abuse, Juvenile Services, Social Services, Child Protective Services and other agencies pertinent to providing assistance for victims and their families. Worked with law enforcement in outside jurisdictions, following with arrest warrants and tracking offenders through the V.I.N.E. program.
