I have worked for a tax return company for the past three years. I have worked as a computer technician, a computer trainer, a student worker, a substitute teacher, a telecommunication technical support, and a lab assistant II - tutoring center coordinator.
Education:
I have an AAS degree from Texas State Technical Institute in 1988. I retook my basics in 2003-2005 because TSTI got reaccredited to a college status.
Skills:
I am very familiar with office equipment and of course with computers. I know how to add printers, scan for viruses, and change IP address plus a variety of things concerning computers. I am very knowledgeable with various software. I have great people skills because every type of job that I have had involved dealing with customers.
