Technologies handled include but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, frame relay and much more. Additional responsibilities include technology briefings and mentoring to other engineers and administrators located nationwide within LAN/WAN Professional’s network. Additional recurring tasks include remote support and administration of a server farm of 500+ servers and in house administration of a routing/switching infrastructure designed to support over 30,000 users.
Collegis Corporation LAN/WAN Consultant 2000 - 2001 Primary responsibilities included but not limited to design, implementation and troubleshooting of all LAN/WAN solutions offered by Collegis Corporation to its clients located nationwide. Secondary responsibilities included assessment of Information Technology policies and procedures, analyzing and documenting network infrastructures. Special projects included developing Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) program for nationwide branches and analyzing SWOT Risk/Reward.
