Created floor plans, elevations, framing, roof framing, cabinet elevations, electrical layout, plumbing design and layout, HVAC ducting and layout and foundation layout from sketches designed by marketing department. Responsible for custom changes to existing model plans. Duties included checking all plans so as to comply with specific building codes and requirements. Also responsible for all structural designs to comply with local building codes as well as applicable national codes.
