Potassium Chloride Production
• Evaluated the design of boil-ups for de-bottlenecking a potassium chloride salt production process.
• Designed shell and tube heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps and process storage tanks.
• Developed detailed calculations, specification sheets and instrumentation lists for cost estimating purposes.

Alum Manufacturing Plant Construction
• Assumed key role in the engineering design and cost estimating of a $4.5M grassroots aluminum sulfate plant.
• Developed Process Flow Diagrams, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, equipment lists and specification sheets for the process equipment, including specialty equipment to handle corrosive sulfuric acid.
• Updated the Hazardous Materials Management Plan, Hazardous Materials Inventory Sheet, Site Health and Safety Plan and Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Evaluated compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements for the construction contractors, equipment vendors and other service providers.
