Part of estimating team that put bid together. Reviewed and entered sub quotes in Excel spreadsheets for review. As project manager, I processed subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, monthly estimates and schedules. Coordinated with site superintendent to schedule crews, subs, and materials. Met with owner and engineer at weekly construction meeting and when issues arose on job site. Corresponded with owner and engineer about any issues that arose. Project was unique in that it was actually two projects in one. I was project manager on “Roadway” project with one main subcontractor performing work. I was project manager on “Interchange” project where our company was the main contractor. I coordinated between both projects to minimize any conflicts.
