Earned fast track promotion from Assistant Product Line Manager to manage production for a manufacturer and importer of high end home furnishing such as lighting, wall art, upholstered and accent furniture and botanicals. Responsibilities included purchasing items as needed to maintain inventory control and managing daily preparation, production, packing and shipping to ensure continuous operations. Provided exceptional customer support to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and promoted open communication with sales department to develop excellent relationships with sales representatives.
 Utilized extensive knowledge of furniture manufacturing and sales forecasting to establish a partnership with a factory in Vietnam, personally negotiating and scheduling more than $1 million in total orders.
 Developed process to determine actual cost of new products and provided break-even information to marketing.
