Jefferson Wellness Center. Facilitation of dual diagnosed groups. Interviews consumers
determining their needs. Assist consumer in recognizing and solving conditions in
consumer's environment which may contribute to mental health problems. Point person
regarding substance abuse issues. Perform outreach services to engage homeless mental
