Objective:
To whom it may concern,

As indicated on my resume, I am currently
completing my bachelor’s degree in Apparel and
Merchandising and a minor in Business
Administration. Presently, I am employed as an
intern at Lakewood Country Club fulfilling the
duties of an assistant merchandiser. This paid
internship will provide me with the credits and
hands on experience I need to complete my
degree. I have worked in retail two and a half years
and am eager to embark on a career in visual
merchandising, selling and promoting. Specifically,
visual merchandising is my biggest interest, as well
as, a strength that I believe I possess. Furthermore,
with the visual work I am accomplishing at my
internship, I believe I have gained the skills and
experience to move on to greater promotional
techniques.

As stated in my resume, I have worked at Limited
Too for a year as a leading brand representative
and have been able to transfer concepts learned in
the classroom and experience them first hand by
working at the retailer. Previously, I was employed
at Starbucks for 3 ½ years, a company that strives
to be recognized for their legendary customer
service. Therefore, as a result of my past
employment with this organization, I feel I could
bring a great amount of customer service skills to
the position. Lastly, I was fortunate to have the
amazing opportunity to study in Paris, France for 5
weeks last summer. This experience helped me
gain a whole new perspective of the fashion
industry in regards to international business.

I am interested in hearing from you and learning
more about the position available. You can reach
me by e-mail at Hubbard.Kelli@gmail.com or by
phone at (720)201-6838. Thank you for your time
and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
