Objective:
As an accomplished Professional with a 10 year military background and one year of Systems Engineering experience, I am extremely interested in a Systems/ Test Engineering Position within the Defense Industry. Experience:
Accomplished; results-oriented United States Navy veteran. Eleven years of proven success in the areas of C4I technical support, Global Command and Control Systems database management, eight years of rotational watch standing experience in Command Centers under very stressful and demanding conditions as a Tactical Data Link Supervisor. WORK HISTORY SUMMARY:

Systems Engineer, Rockwell Collins, Inc., Poway, CA (June 16, 2008-Feb. 06, 2009)

* As a Test team member, generated test procedures, test cases, test reports, and test plans for the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Close Air Support System (CASS) utilizing MIL-STD 6016C, MIL-STD 6017, and other engineering documents. Verified, validated (V&V), and tested over 2,500 Link 16 and TACP CASS system requirements.

Security Officer, Allied Barton, San Diego, CA (June 2007-June 2008)

* As a Security Officer for Lockheed Martin, was responsible for implementing a security program utilizing the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to verify and clear LM employees, contractors, and sub-contractors providing them with employee/visitor ID badges and access cards to gain access to controlled spaces within and on company property.
* Conducted inspections, under the provisions of applicable laws/rules and policies, of desks, file cabinets, lockers, secured and unsecured storage areas within and on company property.

Assault Craft Unit Five (ACU-5) Camp Pendleton, CA (2004-March 2007

* As a Craft Control team member, provided the operational commander with fully manned and trained personnel in support of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) Detachment operations and Five Expeditionary Strike group deployments.
* As a qualified Range Safety Officer, trained and qualified over 10 junior sailors in Range Safety Operations using UHF/HF communications, Bridge-to-Bridge circuits, SPA-25G radar, and navigational chart plotting.
* Coordinated and supervised over 750 amphibious ship-to-shore movements of amphibious landing craft air cushion (LCAC) vehicles, for hover-craft pilot and crew training, resulting in the safe completion of over 2600 flight hours.
* Meticulously tracked the Operations Departments fuel budget and maintained the Craft Control Divisions Night-Vision equipment, totaling over $6.8 million dollars.

Command Center Supervisor, Commander U.S. 6th Fleet, Gaeta, Italy (2002-2004)

* As the TDL Supervisor under the Joint Interface Control Officer, facilitated information exchange between the U.S. and Allied commands working with C4I and Tactical Data Links, transmitting and receiving bit-oriented digital information. Provided precise and up to date multi-tactical data link picture, tested and operated data link systems for tactical situations with optimal reliability.
* Performed database testing with afloat, ashore, and Joint Military air assets, utilizing Link 11 for real time tactical radar picture.
