Objective: My job experience and interests have given me an interest in environmental law, administrative law, other areas of local,state, and federal public law,administrative hearings, and litigation.
Experience: I clerked for Justice Ann McClure on the Eighth Court of Appeals and for the Hon. Royal Furgeson in the united States District Court in Midland. I litigated in state and federal court for the Texas Attorney General and practiced environmental law at Tulane Law School's environmental law clinic and the National Wildlife Federation. I now teach administrative law, topics in enviornmental law, and other courses in the political science department at Texas State University.
