Objective: To bring my years of Accounting, Job Costing, Office Management, Human Resources and supervising experience together in a position that will contribute to the overall management and financial process. Experience: Responsible for all daily accounting duties of FC Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Journal entries, Payroll, Bank reconciliation’s, accrual and cash bases though financial statements including job costing. Perform all Human Resources functions. Cleanup accounting and personnel computerized system using Deltek software along with in house and Administaff outside service payroll. Establish benefit package for employees and principals. Write and review contracts. Implemented new reporting and data collection procedures to insure accuracy and current collection. Train personnel on all new procedures. Responsible for maintaining systems and standards for accountability to Principals, CPA and lawyer. Bring company into compliance with OSHA requirements and established Safety Awareness program. Write procedure manual. Initiate and maintain company’s cash flow and budgets. Hire, supervise, conduct employee evaluations and terminate Administrative staff. Review and analyze company insurance policies. Meet with Corporate Lawyer and Tax CPA establishing goals and direction the company will pursue to meet targets to enable the company to maintain grow. In charge of both IT consultant and Security Company to insure security of network and office building.
