Product Manager 5/2003 ¡V 11/2004 Swift & Company, Omaha, NE Daily duties included production scheduling to fill daily sales orders, estimating raw product weights for yield measurements including overall management of daily yield and recovery costs. Constant communication with Sales, warehouses, and the plant operations to insure order fulfillment in the most cost efficient ways.
