Program Management:
* Manage the C-5 Anti-Skid and Heat Exchanger modification programs.

* Meet monthly via teleconference with the Air Mobility Command, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and Air Education and Training Command to discuss customer issues and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve them.
* Plan, coordinate and lead monthly “DLA Top Fifty” teleconferences with HQ AMC, DLA, C-5 Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) and the bases to discuss the Commands top fifty DLA managed problem items and develop long-term get well plans.
