01/2006—07/2008 ARINC Engineering Services, LLC, Panama City Beach, FL Principal; Supply Chain Analyst * Provide systems acquisition and project management support to the Naval Station Warfare Center-Panama City Division. * Led team in developing the acquisition support plans for the Battle Space Profiler, Side Scan Sonar, and the Precise Integrated Navigation System, to include; provisioning, maintenance plans (MPs), integrated logistics support plans (ILSPs), reliability centered maintenance (RCM) analysis, training curriculum, and naval training support plans (NTSPs). * Instrumental in securing the air and surface transport certifications from the Air Transportability Test Loading Agency (ATTLA) and the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) for transporting Navy systems and equipment worldwide.
01/2000—01/2006 ARINC Engineering Services, LLC, Warner Robins, GA Principal; Supply Chain Analyst Provide on-site aircraft sustainment support to the Strategic Airlift Program Office, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WRALC). Supplier Relationship Management: * Develop and maintain strong alliances with commercial and government aircraft parts suppliers and manufacturers supporting Air Force Strategic Airlift. * Instrumental in fielding several aviation investment initiatives with DLA to put additional consumable spare parts on the shelf to support aircraft maintenance and production. * Work closely with OEMs, manufactures and suppliers to find solutions for diminishing manufacturing sources and parts obsolescence issues prevalent in aging weapons systems. * Member of a Joint (DLA and USAF) Management Review Team, established by senior DoD executive leadership to evaluate and improve logistics management processes, with goals to reduce lead time, improve spare parts support and increase aircraft availability. Program Management: * Manage the C-5 Anti-Skid and Heat Exchanger modification programs. * Proficient in reading engineering drawings, technical manuals, publications and BOMs. * Planned and organized several program management reviews (PMRs) providing customers with the most current status and information on modifications and programs impacting the fleet. * Provide C-5 fleet requirement forecasts to DLA as required by the Business Systems Modernization requirements model. Management Analysis: * Lead analyst in the preparation of three senior executive level reports to Congress on the status of C-5 funding, repair and spare parts availability. * Analyze and maintain Strategic Airlift fleet metrics, prepare point papers, briefings, special studies and analyses on areas of the supply chain negatively impacting logistics readiness. * Prepare and present status briefings on surge and critical Joint Chief of Staff, project coded items, to the Director of the Strategic Airlift Sustainment Group. Customer Service Management: * Interface daily with Defense Supply Centers, Air Logistic Centers, manufacturers, field maintenance, depot maintenance and applicable Commands to resolve supply chain constraints impacting the war fighter. * Meet monthly via teleconference with the Air Mobility Command, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and Air Education and Training Command to discuss customer issues and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve them. * Plan, coordinate and lead monthly “DLA Top Fifty” teleconferences with HQ AMC, DLA, C-5 Program Depot Maintenance (PDM) and the bases to discuss the Commands top fifty DLA managed problem items and develop long-term get well plans.
