KEY ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROJECTS: * Facilitated the growth of the Department from $5M to more than $10M in revenue within 4 years. * Spearheaded the design and implementation of Division's' 1st Point of Sales System to manage permits sales and citation management operations, utilizing MS Access and VBA. * Led the redesign of the Point of Sales system, utilizing MS SQL technology, improving user interface and minimizing processing time from 2 minutes to 30 seconds. * Conceptualized and facilitated the introduction of Mobile License Plate Recognition Program, utilizing emerging print-on-demand and license recognition technology, to eliminate permit inventory and enhance ability to identify habitual violators. Program is on target for increasing revenue by 400%. * Championed all efforts to bring in-house previously outsourced Citation processing functions, achieving monthly savings of $10K. * Directed the design and implementation of Carpool and Vanpool Matching and Tracking Systems, reducing alternative transportation costs by 75%, and increasing service and customer satisfaction. * Managed the deployment and administration of Department's 1st network, consisting of Novell NetWare. Planned and oversaw several migration and upgrade efforts, to current network consisting of MS Windows NT servers, MS SQL Server, and MS Windows XP Professional. * Effectively implemented Kiosks throughout the campus to enhance permit sales and improve traffic.
