Managed development, construction, remodeling and maintenance of freestanding and mall restaurants in Canada in liaison with municipalities, developers and contractors. Analyzed site investigations for development cost budgets, coordinated design and negotiated contracts on multiple simultaneous projects. Negotiated costs and purchase of relevant equipment, administration of an average annual budget of $15M.

„« Instrumental in development of a network of architects, suppliers, and contractors throughout Canada.

„« Introduced standardization of design and management procedures, which reduced costs and construction schedules.

„« Spearheaded the design and construction team for the turnkey development of the Toronto Skydome Stadium, a design/build facility which incorporated 52 food production outlets, with a full warehousing and food product handling facility. This was a 2-year project, on a tight schedule, with a budget of $60M. Awarded the Special Achievement Award by the McDonalds Corporation for my contributions to this project.
