Experience: Abbott Laboratories-Diagnostic-Department Manager – Project Manager Systems (2004-Present) Department Manager in change of the MFG Warehouse, ADD Receiving and the Unique List Number Shipments Group (ULN). The department consists of 1 exempt and 18 non-exempt employees with a budget of 3.7 million dollars. Responsibilities include budgeting, ensuring all shipping and receiving deadlines are met and all orders are packaged per DOT, IATA regulations. Developed and launched multiple database/web applications including a Work Order Tracking System (WOTS), which uses barcodes to track workorder packet generation and delivery to the operations area.
