Objective:

August 2008 started Rears Consulting as an Independent Contract Consultant for the Tacoma City Fire Department. Will validate and work with HIPPA data. Will provide statistical analysis and create statistical databases within the HIPPA guidelines for the city. Provide guidance and insight to the leaders on how best to manage and provide this data for public information systems. I am fully licensed and bonded. Will soon expand to Idaho and Oregon as well as other areas. This work is perfect for 99% or more from home office.

Please note: From April 2006 to August 2008, worked for my mother Alice Rears (509) 758-6013 taking care of my father with Alheimer's, remodeling home that sold in September 2008, and remodeled new home for the last year. This was enough to stay afloat with bills and make a living. My father is now in a assisted living center and all projects are completed.
