Experience: Self Employed August 2008 started Rears Consulting as an Independent Contract Consultant for the Tacoma City Fire Department. Will validate and work with HIPPA data. Will provide statistical analysis and create statistical databases within the HIPPA guidelines for the city. Provide guidance and insight to the leaders on how best to manage and provide this data for public information systems. I am fully licensed and bonded.
