Objective:

Experience:
As a team leader my duties were to make sure my team in the department stayed busy, so I kept a weekly work list on the important things to do in the department, their training were checked and updated weekly, I stayed on top of the cycle counts for inventory, price audits were 100% monthly, and made sure there was coverage in and around my department. My department stayed clean, stocked, and was always ready for business. I made sure to also keep the communication binder updated so my team and I was always on the same page.
