Objective:
I was very successful opening the North and South Carolina KLR branch bringing on board 18 active accounts/clients. This was in an industry (legal) that was totally unfamiliar to me however I was given the challenge and opportunity and was very successful. • Processed a high volume of multiple projects of HR related work; Source and staff exempt and non-exempt personnel, apply general human resources knowledge and judgment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of hiring and documentation, and resolve issues/problems regarding pay, benefits, workers compensation and other human resources issues such as employee relations, and HR planning using affirmative action principals for up to 4,000 employees.

Hired in a Business Development role however due to an accident which limited my mobility for a few months was placed in a recruiting position. Worked primarily with large financial institutions to staff both contract and permanent positions.
