Experience:

EXPERIENCE: 11/2008 – PRESENT PREDATOR DRILLING.

RIG MANAGER:

• Involved in the ground floor building of Predator Rig 4. Responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient completion of rig commission. Maintained a yard crew if twelve men including all required trade’s personal. Overall management of rig operations to ensure accomplishment of planned objectives with regards to: safety, revenue, expenses, rig performance, crew performance, logistics and equipment maintenance, while creating a high degree of customer satisfaction. Monitor daily rig operations to ensure all company and regulatory requirements were met and all required drilling and safety documentation is completed (safety mtgs, JSA, STOP cards ECT). I supervised a crew of twelve men plus all third party personal in the safe completion of wells of various depths and diameter. Maintained well control equipment and inspections. I provided a positive work atmosphere, while instilling a high degree of moral. Provided input to Senior Management for the development and refinement of operating procedures including safety and budgets.

EXPERIENCE: 09/2004 – PRESENT TREO DRILLING SERVICES.

RIG MANAGER:

I specialized in core drilling and recovery services with in the Canadian oil sands along with coal bed methane coring and exploration. Extensive experience in shallow oil and natural gas drilling, water wells and surface casing pre-sets. Leadership was essential as I managed a crew of twelve, as well as all third parties personal. I was responsible for the safe completion of all planned objectives. Expected to obtain the highest core recovery results, so a complete understanding of down hole formations, drilling techniques and mud properties was required at all times. Had to be on top of all situations regardless of severity with little to know sleep and was able to perform.

EXPERIENCE: 09/1999 – 09/2004 CORA LYNN DRILLING.

DRILLER:

• Supervise and ensure safety of drilling crew by means of ensuring all members of rig crew were trained and familiarized with contractor, operators and industries safety expectations. Detailed safety meetings, safety drills including but not limited to, BOP drills, man down drills and rescue drills.

• Responsible for training crew members in the safe performance of their duties and proper care and maintenance of the rig and all other supporting equipment, including house keeping.


• Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of various reports, drilling report, tour book, maintenance/equipment report, safety meetings, pre-job analysis and or any other information needed.

• Responsible for in-depth working knowledge of assigned station during BOP
control. As well as the direction of all crew members in the event of hole problems. Responsible for in-depth working knowledge of all rig equipment and down hole problems.

• Instilling a pride for safe work procedure by communicating in an effective clear manner and by leading by example.


EXPERIENCE: 08/1998 -09/1999 CROWN CAISSON.

DRILLER:

• Operated a Texoma 330 piling rig
• Responsible for performing varied tasks including but not limited to, drilling of various piles, pouring of concrete, using presion leveling tools, construction of anchor bolt templates, proper placement of anchor bolts, finishing of concrete, operate skid steer, lagging and shoring, leading and giving direction to crew.
• Help out other crews when short handed.
• Worked on various cranes and piling rigs.
