Design:
Developed site plan that outline the types and size of structure best suited to the proposed development, developed design concepts and building configurations.
Architecture production:

City submittal:
Prepared all drawings, corrections for planning, city and health departments.
Bid preparations:
Review all plans and provided contractors with bid sets.
Evaluated all bidders proposal and quotation, finally choose the right contractor for the job. Set up meetings with contractors for final preparations before construction start.
Construction Supervisions:
Prepared construction schedule, Field coordination, punch list during construction.
Certified progress payments, checked shop drawings, sample and certified completion of the project.
