Critical Link Transit System Analysis, the Design and Program Analysis for the Proposed Marrero Park and Ride Facility and the Intermodal Potential Study for Jefferson Parish Transit.
Prepared procurement bid packages for the Transit Department. They range from purchases of replacement fixed route buses and expansion of the paratransit van fleet to the acquisition of transit operational computers and shop equipment. Also prepared a Request for Proposal for the procurement of an Intelligent Transportation System for the Jefferson Parish Transit Department. This included a Mobile Data Terminal System (MDT) for the paratransit fleet and an Automatic Vehicle Locator System (AVL) with security cameras, passenger counters and engine monitoring system for the entire Transit Fleet.
