Hendry Correctional Institution—Immokalee, FL May 2007 - PRESENT
Maintenance Construction Superintendent: managed eight staff employees overseeing all maintenance department related issues for the institution (Cleaver Brooks steam boiler systems for institution and food services’ steam powered kettles). Assigned and completed Preventive Maintenance work orders. Maintained electronics equipment (body alarms for security staff, camera recording systems for inmate observation and security monitoring), electrical repairs (high voltage emergency back-up generators to assure institution is operational at all times). HVAC harmonic and semi-harmonic units as well as scroll type compressors and chillers, Carpentry (in addition re-roofed hurricane damaged buildings and supervised emergency teams consisting of 20 inmates to assure proper repairs). Plumbing retrofit propane fired water heaters, institutions potable water and wastewater plants.
