ADVANCED AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES (9 years)
June of 1989 marked the beginning of my entrepreneurial career in corporate enterprise and technological development. As a co-founder and the SVP, Global IT Operations & Development Management of A.A.T., a corporation dedicated to the development and marketing of artificial intelligence solutions, I had the awesome responsibility of providing massive real-time data to development centers around the world and delivering high quality call center service and desktop support to corporate offices and client services.

CONSOLIDATED FREIGHTWAYS (4 years)
Attributable to a stellar 8 year career with A.A.T., Consolidated Freightways approached me to direct their daunting Y2K remediation, enterprise system upgrades and a global technology rollout. Also in the remediation plan was a $28mm ERP development and implementation requirement and a $100mm global data center contract that fell completely within my area of responsibility. Call center, software development, change management and data distribution was designed and deployed to support a 23000 employee environment, 800 continuous user load and 135 member software and hardware development effort.

THE ORACLE CORPORATION (1 year)
Upon the highly successful and visible completion of the Consolidated Freightways effort, the Oracle Corporation employed me for a turnaround engagement of client satisfaction in the Western Region of Oracle Consulting Services. Focusing on Oracle’s global clients and providing leading-edge infrastructure architecture planning, software and hardware development with customer tracking strategies and global cost reduction methodologies customer satisfaction was restored. By assisting Oracle’s clients with call center best practices for global organizations and conducting security, efficiency and equipment refinement operations they were able to reduce IT operating expenses by millions of dollars per year.

CASCADE ROI (5 years)
The opportunity for me to develop a world class corporation at Cascade ROI was too good to pass up. After completing a stellar client recovery effort with the Oracle Corporation and a terrible Oracle work environment I shifted gears and began the development of a global software/hardware development resource, outsourcing and consulting organization. By deploying a global reaching, state-of-the-art, IT infrastructure our customers were able to achieve never before levels of data availability and real-time system reliability. Through our consulting expertise and infrastructure we were able to deploy global customer data tracking systems (CRM) and insure business continuance strategies for our Global 1000 clients. Being experts in CRM, massive data management and reliable real-time global systems deployment coupled with exemplary management skills contributed to the monumental success of Cascade ROI.

Education:
High Scool; Many professional and technical programs have made me the great resource that I am. In lue of formal education I served 6 years in the US Navy prior to forming my first start-up.
