1996 - 1999. Operations Manager. Golden Sands 3, 5 & 6. (3-Full Service-Multi-Unit Property). DUBAI, United Arab Emirates. Total of 610 Fully Furnished Luxury Apartments rented on Daily Basis with Full Service 24 Hrs Coffee Shop, 24 Hrs-Room Service, Restaurant, and Banquets. Assisted & Managed the entire Team of FOM, Reservations Manager, DOS, Exec. H/K, Chief of Security, Trprt. Mgr, F & B Manager, Executive Chef. Hired Management Team for pre-opening and set up this hotel completely from inceptions to full fledged operation with outdoor catering daily of 600 to 800 meals, Rooms/ Division, F&B Depts., Kitchen with International Cuisine chef's, restaurants, Lounges, 24/7 Coffee Shop, 24/7 Room Service, Banquets. Set up various specialty Restaurants in Town Malls.

1989 - 1992. Joined as F&B Manager-cum-Executive chef. Within a year earned the position of General Manager. Dubai Park Hotel. (Full Service-120 Rms. Pre-opening Experience). Dubai. During the Gulf War, with my contacts with US, British / European Embassy's contacted the Commander of the War Ships / Frigates, Transported 1,000+ Soldiers of War daily to our hotel, Catered International Cuisine daily. Was appreciated with certificates, Media exposure with Navy War Commanders of the Gulf War.

1986 - 1989. Hyatt Regency & Galleria Dubai. (1000+ Rooms). 'Chef Garde Manger'. Winner of Silver Medal and Certificate from 'Salon Culinaire' of "Chaine du Rotissuer" of Paris, France. 1984 - 1986. Ramada Renaissance Hotel. (600+Rooms). Exec. Chef. Doha,-Qatar. 2 restaurants, Banquets, 24/7 C/Shop, Room Service, Weekly Theme food Festival Nights catering to over 700 covers daily. Was Interviewed on Qatar Radio for catering the best Tax/Max food and was appreciated by American / European community from the local Oil Companies stationed in Doha, Qatar.

1981 - 1984. Astoria Hotel, Full Service. (200+ Rooms). Executive Chef. Dubai. (3 Restaurants, 2 lounges, Banqueting, The middle east's First TEX/MEX Restaurant, " Pancho Villa" was set up and the food became so famous, American nationals from neighboring Middle East countries including Saudi Arabia used to fly down to eat at Pancho Villa, as it was the only place.

1979 - 1981. The Taj-Mahal Inter-Continental Hotel, Bombay India. (1000+ Rooms). Head Chef. 'Garde Manger'. Awarded Appreciation Certificate from the then British Prime Minister, Mrs. Margaret Thatcher, 10. Downing street London, England and an autographed Photo as well.
