Operations manager for Sarasota office duties included: Assisted southwestern regional manager. Ensured the quality of work done by the work force and ensured complete customer satisfaction. Organized and directed the daily activities of work crews. Managed crews to ensure compliance with various government laws, regulations and safety/work practices. Directed crews with the following services available to our client base: palm maintenance, mowing and edging, fertilization programs, flower design, irrigation service, property detailing and property clean-up. (company downsizing in March 2008)

October 2006-Dec 2007
Operations Manager, TruGreen LandCare, Sarasota, FL

Operation Manager duties included: Assistant to the regional director, handled complete branch operations, supervised all employee relations which consisted of overseeing the enhancement supervisors, the field managers, sales managers, irrigation managers, office manager and a crew of fifty laborers.
