Experience: 09/2006-04/2009 Parkway Small Animal and Exotics Hospital- Clinton Township, MI- Receptionist As a receptionist at this establishment my function was advising owners of pet products and services, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records and client relations, and settling the till. I also have the added responsibility of auditing all medical records and client accounts on a daily basis. The facilities accounts receivables are also a task that recently became my main function. Through auditing all medical charts I am responsible for recovering over two thousand dollars, and through accounts receivables I accomplished recovering over forty-five hundred dollars over the last four months for this establishment. 10/2004-07/2006 Anchor Bay Veterinary Center- New Baltimore, MI- Receptionist As a receptionist I was entrusted with client relations, maintaining medical records, admitting and discharging patients, scheduling for ten doctors, filling prescriptions, opening and closing the office, balancing out the till, updating the clinics website, creating and managing some promotional advertisements, processing coupons, educating the clients, and advising owners on treatments, products, and services. 07/2004-01/2005 Vector Marketing- Shelby Township, MI- Sales Associate I was responsible for calling potential clients to set up sales calls at their home or office, performing presentations of products, maintaining a full schedule of appointments, driving personal as well as office sales, and maintaining client relationships. As part of this community I also started training as a sales office manager. 02/2004-07/2004 Huntington National Bank- Clinton Township, MI- Teller As a customer service representative I was responsible for customer satisfaction, handling large sums of money, suggesting the most appropriate product available to them, sales, creating and keeping a trusting and loyal relationship between the customer and the bank, making calls to clients to inform them of products that could potentially save them money while bringing in revenue for the bank.
