Experience: Logging Geologist - Oil and Gas Exploration - 04/06 - 03/09 Managed a computerized logging unit monitoring drilling, gathering data and analyzing samples during drilling to identify possible indications of hydrocarbons. Maintained a depth based log of drilling parameters, geological data, oil and gas shows, total gas analysis and chromatograph gas break down. Providing primary surveillance and detection of abnormal well conditions and related safety. Correlated e-logs, geological signatures, stratigraphic interpretations and gamma readings to help pick formation tops, casing points and TD. Liaised with geological, evaluation and drilling personnel on the rig and the base office. Trained fresh recruits and advised junior colleagues in day-to-day operations whenever required.
Mine Geologist - Base Metal Mining 04/2000 -09/2004;11/1994-9/1996. Provided of accurate geological information in sufficient time for efficient mine planning and economical underground mining operations.
