Under my direction we developed and marketed several new patented products... The company is registered to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in January ’09 was recommended for AS 9100 registration... We use engineering technical seminars, lunch and learn visits, on site and web training to motivate and achieve this goal.

A Multi-National NASDAQ listed company, involved in design, manufacture, integration and installation of Antenna Test and Measurement systems, software and equipment. Servicing the Wireless Cellular, Automotive, Satellite and Defense industries, I completed a successful eleventh hour turn-around, which involved resolution of federal export violations, loss of market share, delinquent contracts and falling stock value and a return to profitability.
