Objective: • Strong understanding of guerilla marketing tools to reach brand's targeted customer I.E.: text messaging campaigns, street team promotions, viral video ads, cross marketing, radio and print advertising, blogs, P.O.S. to retailers, in-store events, interacting website: e-commerce web analytics trafficking clicks per minute with volume of repeat viewers vs. shoppers. • Extremely thorough and articulate when acting as liaison between design/merchandising team to sales force and retailers while adhering to design/production calendar to communicate seasonal campaigns progress and outcomes. • Ability to plan and maintain budgets allotted per campaign, recording and implementing dollars spent for the year's set budget to stay on track as projected with maximum results from minimal resources can always be achieved. • Priceless rapports built and maintained in all outlets of the media, I.E. different genre magazines, columnists, reporters, photo journalists, P.R. firms, street teams, award ceremony productions: MTV Music awards, Grammys, VH1, BET, Fashion Rocks, Style Villas, television broadcasting companies, rental studios, stylists, free lance designers, photographers nation wide, modeling scouts/agencies, department store event coordinators thru out the country. • Extensive list of current buyers ranging from boutiques to department stores, online retailers and off price chains through out country; I.E. Army Navy Stores, Finish Lines, Marshals etc... • Mastery of coordinating trade shows from start to finish; booth rental and or storage, samples with CADs, models and promo items, distribute sales tools per rep, schedule press accordingly, proper contacts per need at each premise, capabilities are endless when entertaining or parties need hosting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Orchestrated weekly meetings w/Merchandising / design team and Sales force within the Apple Bottoms by Nelly brand to brainstorm new divisions the customer would buy. • Constant filtering of possible new licensee divisions • Managed licensee’s communication of design direction; appropriate graphics, color ways and themes with a brutal approval process before they could even go into sampling. • Hosting Apple Bottoms synergy meetings included all divisions coming together for one full day dedicated to bettering the brand…this was the highlight of each season for me. The meetings were crucial to my role with in the company as I gave each division necessary tools to start the next season’s design calendar. This meeting allowed me the opportunity to share with the brand the seasonal marketing campaign and events planned, keeping the divisions in the loop and excited about the brand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Worked directly with the product development team, designers and merchandisers to create a new theme each month to deliver merchandised groups on time. • Direct communication with design team’s progress to ensure the tech packs were sent out as scheduled so the factories are kept in line with our projected calendar. • Controlled all packages going in and out of design for quality, fit and look of each sample submitted. Each correction was communicated and documented to keep on an going log. • Constant communication with factories overseas at all hours of the day and night answering tedious questions to get the garment finished as the designers in visioned. • Tracking progress and keeping the garments on time according to the sales calendar was my main objective
