Experience: 9/2002 – Present Bechtel Corp. US Senior Construction Engineer Responsible for the management of wireless cell site construction work. This includes additions to existing cell sites and all associated safety requirements. Responsible for all aspects of coordination with installation teams for the E911 equipment inside Cingular wireless sites throughout the country, including the management of field coordinators, subcontractors, cost control and material identification/procurement.
12/2000 – 02/2002 Scientel, LLC Clearwater, FL Telecommunications Specialist Project Manager. Responsible for the installation of Point-to-Point Microwave high speed wireless internet equipment and PCS antenna systems/extenda-a-cell equipment. Manage the construction and upgrading of new cell sites, including the addition of new antennas and coax on existing towers, installing jumpers and internal trapeze, full shelter and outdoor cabinet installations.
8/1980 - 10/2000 US Navy Washington DC Chief Held various positions in the US Nuclear Submarine Service as a Sonar Technician. These included but were not limited to: Squadron One Sonar Project Manager - responsible for the training and equipment installations of thirteen divisions of submarine sonarmen. Electronics Instructor - taught over 1600 students (during a three year period) the principles of advanced electronic concepts that included analog and digital theories.

It also included the use of many types of common and exotic test equipment. Trained in the repair and operation of various hydraulic and fuel pumping systems.
