Supervise a crew of 34 guard officers covering 3 shifts, 24 hours a day. Duties included, but were not limited to scheduling, incident reports, daily activity reports, overseeing guard activities, directing personnel, enforcing rules and regulations. Also serve as liaison between security personnel and property management company, reporting resident complaints, assisting customers and residents.
