Supervises 121 students daily and conducts sessions for discipline, morale, health, and welfare. Conducts Ground Combat Skills, Law Enforcement, and Security Operations training for Air Force Active Duty, Air National Guard, and Air Reserve personnel. Prepares students and provides recommendations for wash back, probationary continuation, elimination, and referral action to the Area Superintendent. Researches training subject matter and maintains over 50 personalized lesson plans. Ensures timely review of course curriculums and documentation of required training in accordance with existing Air Force instructions. Administers performance tests, written evaluations, and special individual assistance to students. Maintain law and order, enforce traffic regulations, and investigate minor crimes and traffic accidents. Interview suspects and witnesses and provide protection to the general population. Control entry to sensitive controlled areas. Apprehend violators of state and federal statues. Provide protection to such areas as the flight line, AIA, and MRSOC. Also supervised over twenty-two troops.

Assisted in the managing of UTC’s assigned to the 37th Security Forces Squadron of over 500 troops.
