1980-1987 General Manager, Chicago, Illinois - Responsible for all facets of regional collection center to include developing and managing sales department; managing accounts payable and receivable; negotiating with vendors to support operational functions; developing and achieving 6 and 12 month forecasts; hiring, training, developing, and motivating department heads and staff. Developed office from staff of 5 in 1980 to staff of 50 with profits of 18-22% monthly.
