Objective:
I have been an LPN for 16 years,with experience as a medication/treatment nur.se,weekend supervisor and currently unit manager; I feel I am a dedicated team player and have a good rapore with patients family and staff. I also was a CNA for five years prior to becoming a nurse which I feel has helped me to better understand the needs of my patients and also relate well with the CNAS who work for me.
