Authorize payment of invoices for proposals, contracted services and unplanned expenditures. Participate in monthly meetings for property rent rolls and financial statement reviews. Explain monthly and year-to-date budget variances. Obtain and hold certificates of insurance for tenants, property owners & vendors.
