Compressors, Condensers, Dampers, Duct Work, Electric Motors, Fans, HVAC Parts, Registers, Sheet Metal, and Vacuum Pumps.
· Utilize Gauges to measure pressure and temperature
· Calculate Evaporator superheat, sub-cooling and discharge superheat
· Adjust system charge based on superheat and sub-cooling
· Refrigeration recovery
· Compressor ground check
· Learned a wide range of carpentry skills
· Stripped, sand, reconditioned, and painted interior and exterior surfaces
· Used Manual pump down
· Capacitor testing
· Measure ampere draws
· Troubleshoot electrical components following a schematic to troubleshoot problems
· Diagnosing system failures
Reading blue-prints and schematics
