My most recent experience as the VP of SALES for my current firm
(1991 to Present) includes managing a territory with $275MM in sales

* Spearheading development and institution of a sales / service
personnel incentive program resulting in higher-than-forecasted sales
figures and larger-than-anticipated revenues / commissions.
