Objective: I am a dynamic leader with over nine years of experience in law, insurance, project management, operational management and process improvement. I've received my Six Sigma Black Belt certification and have a proven record of developing and implementing business plans and global process improvements.

Experience: PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE CNA Insurance, Director, Business Project Management January 2006 - present •Responsible for strategy, management and execution of process improvement and cost containment for Claim organization. $1.75MM budget, $10MM impact. •Manage two senior level project managers. •Managed project addressing enterprise-wide fraud initiative, cataloging controls, analyzing their effectiveness and creating, presenting and executing action plan around identified gaps. •Managed internal and external (consultant) project team of 26, which created a Claim Vendor Management Office, a new department within CNA. The 16 month project included presenting the strategy to CNA executives for funding, managing 17 sub projects with benefits of $7.3MM, designing the end to end vendor management model, creating the organization structure and hiring four resources, including one officer level position. •Created and implemented wing-to-wing process improvement through predictive modeling saving $3MM annually. •Created SIU predictive model saving 2.5MM annually. •Used Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to reengineer Case Management department saving 500K annually. •Led cross-functional executive team that redesigned Risk Management marketing materials for presentation at point of sale. •Led sourcing and implementation of claim service vendors. Guided team that identified, interviewed, reviewed and selected vendor. 1.5MM spend, 6MM benefit. •Led executive team examining implementation of risk management information system, including conducting RFI/RFPs, creating a CBA and business case for implementing a 15MM IT solution.
