assistance to Customer Care Representatives in resolving daily tactical customer issues ranging
from simple to complex. I provided/research and analyzed statistical data for A/R & A/P.
Analyzed statistics and provide data for individual/team reviews and evaluations .

Responsible for complete inside sales management of a multi-million dollar
account. Assisted customer in identifying technical specific needs in growing and maintaining their business needs.
