I have been in the Event Planning field for over 20 years. I have planned the smallest private event to the largest corporate event. I had to meet with clients, give them ideas and pay attention to every need they may have. I always had to work with a budget but also sold myself and ideas to widen the budget. I also had to schedule staff and vendors also hired workers and set a weekly salary for them. I oversaw staff and vendors day of event. I made sure that the customers needs were made a reality. I am also open to any new challenges that may occur.

When I started I was a helper and made my way to office and staff manager. I also was the top producer for the company 9 years straight. The company had over 50 employee's that I was in charge of. I provided leadership in the development of Music Express. I developed a reputation that increased efficiency and sales. I successfully launched and marketed advertisements, sale tools and unique ideas that seperated us from all competitors. I assisted in design and start up of Music Express's sister companies. I am familiar with all aspects of the Event Planning field.
