Created ‘igs’, ‘stp’, ‘stl’ file formats for prototype. Geometric dimensions and tolerances utilized. Investors solicited.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruited and trained 22 sale agents for the largest privately owned telecommunications company.






3. Visual C/C++ Developer November 2003 – May 2004
Contract with Mining and Metallurgical Department, McGill University, Montreal, Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developed mathematical models to extract hydrogen (H2) from methane gas (CH4). Wrote Visual C/C++ application and graphical user interface to verify the models.

Analyzed stresses distribution along the tapered carbide milling cutters.
Designed graphical user interface using MATLAB to evaluate the stresses distribution.
Conducted Weibull Analysis to predict failure criteria for the milling cutters.
Created 3-D models of the cutters using CATIA V5, Pro/Engineer and ABAQUS.
Performed FEA using ABAQUS and I-DEAS.
Publicized findings.

Project #2: “Effect of Rolling on Billet Axial Cavity” (For Rio Tinto Fer & Titane)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performed FEA on metal billets with axial cavities to determine effect of cavities or voids during high temperature metal rolling processes.
FEA performed with ABAQUS.

Project #3: “High Rate Deformation Behavior and Ductile Fracture Criteria of Aircraft
Engine Metals” (For GE Aircraft)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performed static/dynamic punches on 7 different aircraft engine metals.
Simulated high rate deformation and ductile criteria using ABAQUS.

Orthopedic Surgery Research Laboratory, Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal, Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine mechanical behavior of osteoporosis spinal cord bones.
Modeled osteoporosis spinal cord bones using ABAQUS.
Ran tests of osteoporosis spinal bones using hydraulic MTS machines to determine their mechanical behavior.
Tested re-enforced osteoporosis bones with various orthopedic surgery cements.
