Objective:
I am seeking employment within the insurance industry as an account manager or as an underwriter for an insurance company. I would also be interesting in working for a company who has an insurance department and needs someone with my background to handle their insurance.
Experience:
I have been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, mostly property and casualty accounts. I have dealt with contractors, restaurant owners, manufacturing companies, etc. I know how to market an account and sell an account. I enjoy working with insurance carriers as well as insureds and prospects.

In addition to graduating high school I attended North Central College and majored in psychology.

I was responsible for the marketing of new and renewal property and casualty accounts. Prepare underwriting submissions as well as proposals for customers. Have implemented the use of several forms within the agency. Take first reports on all claims, assist claimants, prepare claim form, report loss to carrier and assist adjusters. Handle the billings on new and renewal business. This is a paperless agency so all work is done on the computer.
