Experience: Engineering Field Technician, August 2008 to the present. Hayman Residential Engineering Services. Headquarters in Rapid City, SD. Contact person is Mr. Gale Johnson, 605-381-2254. I gather data on the footings and foundations of manufactured and modular housing and submit reports to engineering staff for compliancy determination with HUD and FHA standards and requirements. Compensation for this position is straight commission.

I am a certified FHA home inspector and serve as a personal property consultant for people before they buy their property.
