Objective:
To obtain a full time position where I can utilize my varied management, sales, and communication skills to maximize relationships with existing customers, and facilitate expansion of customer base.
Experience:
2001-Present. Foxfire Realty Farm & Land Division. Farm and land sales specialist. One of the top producers in companies specialty branch. Participated in many large land purchases and sales as well as land development projects from purchase of raw land to finished sub division dealing with Lawyers, Engineers, and municipalities for approval.
1992-2001. Wildflower Farm, Ocala Fl. Owner, operator of Thoroughbred farm concentrating in the training, breeding, sale, and racing of Thoroughbred horses. Managed staff of grooms, riders, and caretakers of farm and client horses. Handled all aspects of veterinary care, and consultation, client relations, and general farm management.
1977-1992. Operations Manager, Mystic Transportation, Astoria NY. Oversaw and coordinated day to day function of over 100 drivers of fuel oil, gasoline, jet fuel, and other bulk products. Communicated daily operations in relation to their individual accounts with customers including major American oil companies,and City and State agencies.

A.A.S. degree Agriculture, animal science major.
